Jaxon became involved with GRI 10 years ago, volunteering as a band manager for several years before moving up into the role of Programming Committee Chair. They also serve on the board. Jaxon has worked in the service industry in Indianapolis for more than a decade. They are currently taking welding classes through the Latinas Welding Guild in preparation for their next career move.
